    ⛏  PROSPECT ENGINE RE  ⛏
CRM for Realtors, Wholesalers, and Real Estate Investors

About-Built by a Realtor and Investor

Built for Realtors, Wholesalers, and Real Estate Investors

This is hosted in Google sheets because almost everyone has a gmail account and can upload Google sheet for free as an iPhone or Android user.

Sticky notes just don't work and neither does writing notes on the back of receipts while you're driving around. The sticky note doesn't work for CRM purposes because it can't remind you that it has been 9 days since you wrote on it.

In Prospect Engine RE, you can simply add what you might write on a sticky note such as "vacant lot by the gas station on elm" and it will save that as a contact so you can edit that later after you get a chance to look up the owner of the property so that information doesn't get lost, and most importantly, it reminds you in 9 days instead of trying to remember it to only discover when you look it 3 months later that the property sold. That's a big reason as to why Prospect Engine RE was built.

You can set up the speed and interval of your follow-ups in the settings sheet as well. For example, the current setting default is 9 days, 9 days, 18 days, 18 days, and so forth, but you can change that to your wants.

If you have a word doc or excel sheet with your contacts on it you can easily copy and paste them both into Raw Import sheet, name as a list, along with property type, and click extract. The engine then organizes them as lists that you just named. Further, it will alphabetize these names once you add them, as opposed to what was previously something in a word doc with no real system in place.

The alphabetizing feature was a must have. If you have ever tried out one "lead" provider, or another and have saved a list, then you probably have also noticed that those lists are hardly ever alphabetized. This issue increases the chances of duplicate mail. This alphabetizing feature is useful when looking on the prospect sheets now and alphabetized lists. This is also very useful on the export screen, is a money saving feature, and a massive time-saving feature when time is of the essence.

The other part of this build is to make it affordable for Realtors, wholesalers, and property investors. According to OpenAI, the enclosed list below reveals that Prospect Engine RE is the most economical on the market. The end goal was to make it functional beyond expectations and to make Propspect Engine RE more than worth it. If it's not worth it, then you won't re-subscribe next year.

One thing is for sure, it was built by a picky person powering it with comprehensive Google Sheets calculations and almost 2,000 lines of computer coding with AI and beta testing. This isn't just another spreadsheet!

If you know anything about CRM costs, then you know they can get very expensive. Some offer skip tracing and other features, while some are not what might be considered user-friendly or affordable, especially if you're just starting out. Prospect Engine RE solves the affordability and functionality problems for anyone in the real estate business wanting a user-friendly CRM so that records and call notes can be made, as well as exports to mailing lists. And, again, lists are alphabetized for much faster review.
